Dr. Paul Jacobs' opening keynote on the first day of Uplinq will focus on the continuing evolution of mobile and the expanding opportunities for developers to take the mobile experience to new levels.  In addition, Dr. Jacobs will share insights about how advances in mobile computing and other technology enablers are breaking down barriers for developers and empowering them to change the lives of people everywhere.
