Connection Steps

  1. Visit the Uplinq web app by entering this URL into your browser: app.uplinq.ai.
  2. Log in to your Uplinq account.
  3. Locate the section labeled “Your Banking & Credit Cards” and click on the green button adjacent to it. The button may display “Start” or “Add” depending on whether you've connected any accounts previously.
  4. In the pop-up window that appears, click on “Get Started”.
  5. Use the search bar to find your financial institution. Select it once it appears in the search results.
  6. Please note, many institutions offer multiple options based on their range of services (such as Business Banking, Online Banking, Personal Banking) or credit card partnerships. Make sure to select the correct institution relevant to your account.
  7. If your financial institution is not available in the list, reach out to our customer success team. You can use the Intercom chat located at the bottom right corner of your screen or send an email to help@uplinq.com.
  8. Depending on the bank, you might be redirected to your financial institution’s website to log in, or you may continue the login process directly within the Uplinq site.
  9. Enter your banking credentials to log in. For your security, Uplinq never has access to or stores your login credentials. Visit our Privacy Policy page to learn more about our data protection measures.
  10. Choose the accounts you want to connect to Uplinq. Ensure that you only connect the accounts related to the entity for which you're setting up the connection.
  11. Finally, complete the connection process as prompted.

This will securely link your bank account to Uplinq, allowing you to fully leverage our automated bookkeeping solution.
