Chase's Access & Security Manager: A Quick Guide for Uplinq

Uplinq's guide on how to utilize Chase Bank's Access & Security Manager for delegating account access without compromising security
Chase Bank offers the Chase Access & Security Manager. This feature is designed to help you save time managing your business accounts and determining who has what access. It gives you the ability to delegate cash management services without turning over the control or security of your account. To access this feature:

  1. Sign in to your account and choose “Account Management”
  2. Select “Access & Security Manager” from the drop-down menu
  3. You will see the option to add an authorized user by selecting “Add New User”
  4. First Name: UPLINQ
  5. Last Name: Bookkeeping
  6. Email: accounting@uplinq.com
  7. If you require any additional information, please contact our team!
  8. Choose the accounts a new user can access. Assign their level of access by choosing “Assign access”. Please choose the option closest to Read-Only -- this should be "View Activity". Additionally, you will want to ensure any options specifying statement access and check image access are selected.
