How to access your account at app.uplinq.com — and why it's different from our main website.
Logging in to Uplinq
The single most common mix-up is which web address to use, so let's clear it up first.
app.uplinq.com is your account — this is where you sign in to see your transactions, reports, and documents. uplinq.com is our marketing website; it has no login. If you ever land on uplinq.com looking for a sign-in button, you're in the wrong place — head to app.uplinq.com.
How to log in
- Go to app.uplinq.com in your web browser.
- Sign in with your email and password — or with Google, if that's how your account was originally set up.
- Use the same method you used the first time. If you created your account with Google, keep using Google; if you set a password, sign in with your email and password.
Resetting your password
Forgot your password? On the app.uplinq.com sign-in screen, choose the reset password option and follow the emailed link to set a new one. If you originally signed up with Google, you don't have a separate Uplinq password — just sign in with Google instead.
Using Uplinq on your phone
There's no separate mobile app yet. Uplinq works right in your phone's web browser — just go to app.uplinq.com and sign in the same way you would on a computer. The app is mobile-friendly, so you can answer questions and check your reports on the go.
After you log in
Once you're signed in, you'll land on your home dashboard. From the left-hand menu you can reach the main areas of the app, including:
- Transactions — where you'll answer your transaction questions.
- Profit & Loss — your income and expenses at a glance.
- Data Hub — where your connected accounts live.
- ...and more as you explore.
