Cannot sign in

Simple checks for login, password reset, Google sign-in, expired links, and when to contact Uplinq.

The short version

Go to app.uplinq.com, use the same email and sign-in method you used before, and reset your password from the sign-in screen if needed. If a setup or reset link expired, request a new one instead of reusing the old link.

Start with the right website

Use app.uplinq.com to sign in to your Uplinq account.

The main uplinq.com website is not the app. If you are looking at marketing pages, reports, or the help center, open app.uplinq.com in a new tab.

Use the same sign-in method

Try the method you used when your account was created:

  • if you signed in with Google, use Google again;
  • if you created a password, use your email and password;
  • if Uplinq sent you a setup link, use the email address the link was sent to.

Using a different email address can make it look like your account is missing, even when your Uplinq access is active.

Reset your password

If you use an email and password, choose Reset Password on the sign-in screen and follow the email link.

After you reset it, return to app.uplinq.com and sign in with the new password.

If you use Google sign-in

If your account was created with Google, you may not have a separate Uplinq password. Use the Google sign-in option with the same Google account instead.

Setup, verification, and password-reset links can expire. If a link says it has expired, do not keep retrying the same link.

Instead:

  1. go back to app.uplinq.com;
  2. request a new password-reset link if you already have an account;
  3. ask your Uplinq team for a new setup link if you have not finished setting up your account.

If you still cannot get in

Contact your Uplinq team or support and include:

  • the email address you are trying to use;
  • whether you are using Google sign-in or a password;
  • whether you are trying to sign in, set up a new account, verify email, or reset a password;
  • the exact message you see, without sending passwords or security codes.

Do not send passwords, MFA codes, or private login details through email, text, or comments.
