What to do first in Uplinq
Start on Home, check My Tasks, and open the area that matches what Uplinq needs from you.
Start on Home. Look for anything in My Tasks.
Then open the task that matches what Uplinq needs from you: files, missing statements, app access, bank connections, or transaction questions.
Start on Home
Home is the best place to begin because it brings your most important work into one place. Depending on your account, you may see:
- requested files or documents;
- third-party app requests;
- transaction questions;
- transactions that need review;
- missing bank statements;
- bank or credit card connection issues;
- project progress and due dates.
Not every customer sees every task. If a card is not on your Home page, it usually means that task is not waiting on you right now.
Use My Tasks as your action list
Think of My Tasks as the list of items that can slow down your books if they sit too long.
| If you see this | Start here |
|---|---|
| Files Requested | Open Data Hub or the file request and upload the document requested. |
| Upload Missing Bank Statements | Find the statement for the account and period Uplinq requested. |
| Answer Transaction Questions | Open Transactions and go to Questions. |
| Transactions in Need of Review | Review the transactions and add the context Uplinq needs. |
| 3rd Party App Requested | Follow the request or ask your Uplinq team if you are not sure which access is needed. |
