My Projects

How to read project status, progress, due dates, Current & Future, and Completed in Uplinq.

The short version

Use My Projects when you want context. It shows what Uplinq is working on, which tasks are waiting, what is complete, and whether a due date is approaching.

Use Home when you only want the next action.

What My Projects shows

My Projects organizes larger workstreams, such as bookkeeping, catch-up, year-end, tax, or other account work. A project may include tasks for you, work for Uplinq, and final deliverables.

Not every internal Uplinq workflow appears in My Projects. The page is meant to show customer-facing work and progress.

Current & Future vs. Completed

AreaWhat it means
Current & FutureWork that is active now or expected soon.
CompletedWork that has finished or moved into a completed state.

If you do not see an older project where you expect it, check Completed first.

Common project statuses

StatusWhat it usually means
Action RequiredThere is something for you to review, upload, answer, or complete.
ProcessingUplinq is working. You may not have a task right now.
Coming SoonThe project is expected later and may not be ready for action yet.
Approaching DeadlineA due date is getting close. Review open tasks promptly.
Past DueThe due date may have passed, or a task may be blocking progress.
CompleteThe project or deliverable has reached its completed state.

These labels are a guide to what is happening. If something looks wrong, ask your Uplinq team before assuming a project is stuck.

How progress works

Progress is based on the tasks and deliverables tied to the project. For example, a project may move forward when:

  • requested files are uploaded and reviewed;
  • transaction questions are answered;
  • missing statements are provided;
  • bank connections are fixed;
  • Uplinq completes internal review;
  • final reports, packages, or returns become available.

Some work can stay in Processing even when you have no open tasks. That usually means the next step is on Uplinq.
