Viewing and Editing Your Billing Details
Manage your billing details
- Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
- From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
- The Stripe Customer Portal will open, where you can view your Uplinq invoices and manage your payment details.
- Inside Invoice & Billing Info you can:
- View your current plans and pricing
- Change or add a payment method
- Change your billing email and address
- View your invoice history
View current plans and pricing
- Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
- From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
- The Stripe Customer Portal will open, where you can view your Current Plans with service descriptions and payment details.
Change or add a payment method
- Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
- From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
- Click on Update payment method or + Add payment method if you need to add a new credit card.
- Enter your new payment method information.
- Check the box next to Use as default payment method.
- Repeat this step for other subscriptions.
Change your billing email and address
- Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
- From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
- Under Billing Information, click Update information and save changes.
View your invoice history
- Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
- From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
- Scroll down Invoice History.
- Click on any invoice to view or download the invoice.
- Click on past due invoices to pay.
