Efficiently manage and update your billing details, view invoices, and modify payment methods through your Uplinq account for seamless financial transactions and interactions.

Viewing and Editing Your Billing Details

Manage your billing details
  1. Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
  2. From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
  3. The Stripe Customer Portal will open, where you can view your Uplinq invoices and manage your payment details.
  4. Inside Invoice & Billing Info you can:
  5. View your current plans and pricing
  6. Change or add a payment method
  7. Change your billing email and address
  8. View your invoice history
View current plans and pricing
  1. Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
  2. From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
  3. The Stripe Customer Portal will open, where you can view your Current Plans with service descriptions and payment details.
Change or add a payment method
  1. Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
  2. From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
  3. Click on Update payment method or + Add payment method  if you need to add a new credit card.
  4. Enter your new payment method information.
  5. Check the box next to Use as default payment method.
  6. Repeat this step for other subscriptions.
Change your billing email and address
  1. Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
  2. From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
  3. Under Billing Information, click Update information and save changes.
View your invoice history
  1. Sign in to your Uplinq account here.
  2. From My Bookkeeping, select View next to Manage Billing for Bookkeeping.
  3. Scroll down Invoice History.
  4. Click on any invoice to view or download the invoice.
  5. Click on past due invoices to pay.
